Freedom for Youth Ministries, a Christian non-profit assisting youth ages 5-18, is planning to open a center in Knoxville in June of 2016.

The center will work to empower youth and equip them with skills they will use the rest of their lives. New curriculum and renewed focus will allow youth to receive job skills training and learn how to properly manage money. Classes will be offered to help middle school and high school students learn and develop skills to equip them to be career-ready members of the community. Programs are free and open to those who are in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Freedom for Youth is still seeking space to rent in Knoxville for its center.
