On Friday Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a report of a suicidal man in the 1700 block of Old Highway 92.

When deputies arrived they found Thomas Edward Olsen in possession of a .22 long rifle. As deputies investigated the incident they discovered that Olsen was a convicted felon and arrested and charged him with felon in possession of a weapon. Olsen was transported to the Marion County Jail.
