Knoxville Baseball maintained their lead at the top of the South Central Conference standings with a 10-2 win at Davis County. The outcome of the game was in question until the Panthers plated 6 runs in the top of 7th to pull away. Sophomore Rylan Cox got his first varsity win, going 4 innings and giving up one earned run on 4 hits. Freshman Kaleb Streigle earned the three inning save and held the Mustangs scoreless during his time on the mound. It was a balanced offensive attack for Knoxville with 6 different players driving in runs. The Panthers are now 7-6 on the season and 7-2 in SCC play. They play Carlisle and Des Moines Christian on Saturday.
