A fire has destroyed the deck of a Knoxville home.

Shortly before 11:20 today Knoxville Fire and Rescue and the Knoxville Police Department responded to a report of structure fire at 605 East Competine Street in Knoxville. The fire is now under control, and the investigation into the cause is underway.
