The Twin Cedars Softball Squad fell to Grandview Christian last night ten-to-nothing in six innings.

The Defenders built a five/nothing lead in the first two innings…but the Sabers seemed to settle down in the middle innings but another eruption by Grandview Christian sent everyone home early. The Sabers were limited to just two hits…a leadoff double by Madison DeWit and a single by Bailey Dunkin. Coach Zack Dunkin told KNIA/KRLS Sports he was pleased with the defense…but the bats just never got going…Jensen Hastings took the loss going five-and-a-third innings giving up nine runs on 13 hits…walking two and striking out one. The Sabers are at Centerville tonight.
