Sammy Swindell has apparently found something to his liking at the Knoxville Raceway the last two weeks. He led every lap and had to survive three restarts in the final laps to win his 50th career race at the Knoxville Raceway. Swindell’s car was glued to the bottom of the track all race, and despite several challenges from runner-up Dusty Zomer, managed to run away from the field after every restart. In the 305 show, Christian Bowman went back to victory lane last night. Bowman used patience to get around Chris Walraven and lapped traffic to take the lead with three laps left. Tonight is night two of the National Sprint League Fourth of July Weekend. Also running tonight will be the Knoxville Raceway 360s.
