NASCAR drivers with ties to the sprint car community have returned to Knoxville for the Knoxville Nationals.
Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahne and Kyle Larson raced go-karts to raise money for children’s cancer research today. The fourth-annual Weld Racing Go-Kart Spectacular took place at Slideways Karting Center just one mile north of Knoxville Raceway. Gordon says the karting event is one of his favorites. He is impressed by how Sprint Car Fans have embraced the cause.
