The Pella Fire Department honored the victims of the 9/11 terror attacks with a special display Sunday
Fire Chief Doug Van Gorkom tells KNIA/KRLS News they hung a large American flag next to their fire station over Main Street.
Van Gorkom says the department wanted to remember those who were killed in the attacks, and the firefighters, police, and emergency responders who put their lives on the line to help save people caught in the destruction.
