The Friends of the Knoxville Public Library held a book sale Thursday and Friday.
President Pat Wilson says the biannual event was a success. She appreciates the support the community and hopes many people found a book they will enjoy. Many of the books sold at the sale are donated to the Friends and titles range from health, religion and biography to fiction. The Friends of the Knoxville Public Library is a volunteer group that supports the library financially and through volunteer labor. The funds raised at the sale will be held until the library has a need that city funds will not cover.
