Central College men’s basketball forward Colby Taylor has been selected to the Sporting News Division III Magazine Preseason All-America Team.

Taylor was placed on the second team after leading the Dutch in scoring and rebounding last season. He scored 20.2 points and grabbed 9.7 rebounds per game. He also recorded 12 double-doubles and shot over 80 percent from the free throw line. He is currently eighth on Central’s career scoring list with 1,306 points.

Taylor and the Dutch open the 2016 campaign on November 15th in Mount Pleasant against Iowa Wesleyan University.
