The annual Christmas Tour of Homes in Pella begins today.

Pella Convention and Visitors Director Jill Vandevoort says the holiday tradition features four decorated houses.

Vandevoort says the tour on December 1, 2, and 3 aims to highlight homes in the community and provide a boost to the local economy. The 2016 event also includes traditional Dutch treats at the newly renovated Pella Opera House.

Friday, December 2
Tour from 10:00 am-8:00 pm
Refreshments at the Pella Opera House – 9:00 am-9:00 pm
Cash bar – 5:00-9:00 pm

Saturday, December 3
Tour from 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Refreshments at the Pella Opera House – 9:00 am-3:00 pm

Tickets are available through the Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau Office at 818 Washington Street in Pella and at the homes themselves. Ticket price is $15.
