On Tuesday, Officers from the Knoxville Police Department were called to the Wheel Estates trailer court in south Knoxville.

Officers learned that James Null of Knoxville had pushed in the air conditioning unit on a neighbor’s home and run an extension cord to the exposed outlet in order to steal power. Null was arrested and charged with Burglary in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
