Two Pella Christian bowlers are bringing their international experiences to the alleys this winter.

Head Coach Rod Blunck says Halima Sholuri from Afghanistan and Kitty Gu of China are on this year’s roster. He says they’ve had multiple international students join the team over the years, and there has been a mutually beneficial relationship between those coming in from other countries and local students.

The two are part of Pella Christian High School’s exchange program. Pella Christian resumes bowling action Saturday, January 7th against Newton.
