The Pella School Board began their annual review of Superintendent Greg Ebeling at their meeting this week.

Ebeling tells KNIA/KRLS News evaluating staff and how they feel about the district was among his main goals over the past year. Results from a district climate survey were shared, which discussed staff stress and how they feel about the climate in their buildings and their happiness at their jobs. The board also evaluated Ebeling’s success in marketing the district, a goal made in response to previously declining numbers.
