Southeast Warren/Melcher-Dallas and Pleasantville competed with Wayne last night in a double-dual, where the Warhawks/Saints would come out with a 2-0 record taking down Wayne 50-26 and Pleasantville.

Against Wayne, Kaleb Bauer and Elijah Williams would pick up wins by major decision at 138 and 220lbs respectively, while against Pleasantville TJ Dierking got a win by fall at 170lbs. The Trojans picked up wins at 160, 182, 220, and heavyweight.

In the other matchup Pleasantville fell to Wayne 51-30. The Trojans got wins from Griffin McBride at 160, Cael Lester at 170, Austin Flesher at 182, Chaz Clark at 220, and Will Anthony at heavyweight, but the Falcons dominated the lower weights to pick up the victory.

The Warhawks/Saints will next wrestle on Saturday in a tournament at Wayne, while Pleasantville waits a week until next Thursday when they take on Central Decatur, Albia, and Davis County in a quad.
