Twin Cedars managed a split at Mormon Trail last night. The Saber girls lost 33-to-20. Coach Mark Bacus told KNIA/KRLS Sports the defense played well, but a reaccuring theme all season they missed easy shots. Twin Cedars will travel Moravia tonight to start Blue Grass Conference play. The boys took down Mormon Trail 82-73. Cam Arkema scored 31 points while Jake Crozier put in 19. The Saber boys will head to Murray to battle arch-rival Melcher-Dallas in the Bluegrass Conference Tournament opener tonight.
