A Melcher-Dallas man was arrested Saturday for intimidation with a dangerous weapon, a Class C felony, along with reckless use of a firearm, interference with official acts, and disorderly conduct.

Dylan Coy Deheer was taken into custody after the Marion County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a domestic assault in progress in Melcher-Dallas. While in route to the scene deputies were informed a man had fired multiple shots at people. Upon arrival deputies located and secured Deheer. Several witnesses said Deheer had been involved in a verbal and physical confrontation with his significant other and two friends while at the residence. Deheer allegedly entered the home and retrieved a semiautomatic handgun. Deheer then exited and fired the handgun while standing on the porch. Deheer made threats to shoot others and their vehicles. One witness claims Deheer shot at her vehicle. He was arrested and booked into the Marion County Jail.
