The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum was able to utilize their new staging building for the first time as the first sprint car was loaded into the building for storage.
The staging building, which took more than five years of planning and construction to reach the point of utilization still has more cosmetic construction to be done but that doesn’t stop Executive Director for the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum, Bob Baker from being excited about using the building for the first time. Baker says the first car in the building was donated to the museum by the driver Bobby Davis Jr. The new staging building will allow for approximately 108 race cars to be stored and interchanged for display at the museum.
