The Knoxville Girls Soccer Team took down area rival PCM last night 2-1 at home.

PCM gained an early lead just five minutes into the game, but Knoxville came roaring back with a Tori Dye goal just four minutes later, and then in the 45th minute Knoxville took the lead on an Amber VanderVeer goal that they would not relinquish. Knoxville improves to 1-1 on the season and next plays on Thursday at home against West Central Valley, while PCM plays on Tuesday against Nevada on the road.
