Both boys and girls Pleasantville Trojan golf teams competed on their home course at the Pleasantville Golf and Country Club last night, with the girls picking up a first place finish with a score of 250, while the boys were runners-up on a cardback tiebreaker scoring a 191.
Emma Jahner was meet medalist runner-up with a 57, as she led the Trojans to their victory over Martensdale-St. Mary’s by 18 strokes. Caleb Adreon on the boys side was co-meet medalist carding a 42. Sophomore Colt Stewart for the Trojans golfed a 43, which was a personal best by five strokes.
The girls next golf on Thursday at home for a quad meet, while the boys are off until next Monday at Chariton.
