Today is the Christian holiday of Easter.

Pastor Sophie Mathonnet-VanderWell with Second Reformed Church in Pella says this week is called the Holy Week, which starts with Palm Sunday and continues until Easter Sunday, which is considered the day Jesus was resurrected among the followers of Christianity.

Multiple Easter services are being held this morning to mark the important day in the Christian faith.
