The Knoxville Hospital and Clinics is holding their annual sports physical clinic for Knoxville High School students on Tuesday, May 16th.

Students are eligible for a free sports physical if they are planning on participating in a school sport. Parents will need to fill out health information on the Iowa High School Physical form if they wish for their student to participate. Forms will need to be turned in no later than Monday, May 15th for students to take advantage of the sports physical clinic. To fill out a form, click here.
