A new nonprofit aims to celebrate individuals with special needs through an evening of fun this weekend.

Pella Middle School Teacher Kelsie Sheets is founder of a nonprofit called Launching Arrows, which is hosting its first annual prom for individuals in area communities with special needs this evening. She says event is about celebrating these individuals and letting them know that their lives matter.
