The Knoxville Recreation Center’s Blast Ball registration deadline is tomorrow at 5 p.m.

The program is for children ages three to five and will begin in June and is held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Recreation Director for the Knoxville Recreation Center, Brandon Nemmers tells KNIA/KRLS News Blast Ball is a lot like t-ball, children are taught how to hold a bat and catch and throw a ball. Nemmers adds, they only use one base and children who participate usually love it. Cost is $27.00 per participant with t-shirts included in the registration. Participants will need to supply their own glove. Blast Ball will run from June 5th through June 21st and will be held at Youngs Park.
