The Knoxville Public Library’s Summer Reading Program has been a success so far, according to Children’s Librarian Holly Shelford.
Shelford tells KNIA/KRLS News the library will be hosting crafting days, lego building activities and a family magic show on July 10th. Shelford says all reading logs for the summer reading program must be turned in by July 13th if children are wanting to receive a prize. The library’s Outdoor Day is scheduled for July 19th and has been moved to the East side and rear of the library due to ongoing sewer repair in the front of the library.
