The deadline for the Marion County Photo Contest is today.

Anyone looking to participate in the contest has until 4 p.m. Monday to submit the pictures. Photos can be submitted via CD, flash drive, or email. Residents can drop them off or mail them to the extension office as well. There is a ten photo limit per person. Entry forms must accompany each photo and the contest is open to all ages. Pictures will be judged in four categories, Seasonal Scenes, Livestock and Wildlife, Celebrating Marion County and People in Action. Awards will be given to the top three photos in each category and overall Best of Show winner. Winners will be announced in September or October of 2017. Winners will also be featured in a photo of the month article that will be published on the ISU Extension and Outreach of Marion County Facebook page and website.
