Local organizations from throughout Knoxville will be holding a volunteer opportunity for people who want to do more for their community.

Residents will be able to explore the volunteer opportunities available in Knoxville on Thursday, August 17th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the square in downtown Knoxville. The event is open to anyone who wants to help make Knoxville a better place to live and work.
