Fans packed the stands at Ken Locke Stadium in Knoxville Friday evening as Knoxville High School held Meet the Panthers Night.
The annual event his held each year to kick off the fall sports season and allow parents and fans to meet this year’s athletes. The volleyball, cross country, football and cheerleading teams were all introduced at the beginning of the evening. Following the introductions the football team held an intrasquad scrimmage. A dance routine was performed by the dance team at intermission of the scrimmage. Fans of the Panthers gained admission to Friday’s event by bringing sports drinks that will be used by the athletes throughout the fall sports season.
