The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has a slight risk of severe weather in place for both tonight and tomorrow.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will be on the increase to start the week, with the highest chances this evening through tonight and again Monday evening through Monday night. Some storms will be strong to severe during these times, with hail and damaging winds the primary threats. Locally heavy rains may also occur, especially on Monday night, but the flooding potential remains low because of recent dry conditions. From Tuesday through Friday dry and cooler conditions are expected.
