What started in April with around 75 drivers in three classes hoping to win a track title at the Knoxville Raceway, three will go home with the champions trophy tonight and two have all but clinched. Ian Madsen with four wins and usually having the car to beat all season with needing only to sign in and take a time trial laps to officially clinch. Rookie Eric Bridger needs just two points during the night to clinch his first track title as well. The only class that may go down to the final checkered flag is the 360 class. Matt Moro since the midseason has not only caught 360 Nationals Winner Clint Garner, but has amassed a 75 point lead. Essentially all Moro needs to do is to either keep Garner behind him all night, or at least within sight to clinch his second career 360 title. Any slip up however, and Garner will add an eighth track title to his 360 Nationals win three weeks ago. You can hear every exciting lap on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA and kniakrls.com starting with Live Track Side at five and Race Nights Live at seven.
