The “Puttin on the Ritz” New Year’s variety show will be holding auditions this week with the first set of auditions to be held tomorrow from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Dawn Flattery with the Knoxville Music Boosters tells KNIA/KRLS News she wants residents to step right in, let their hair down and show off their talents. Flattery says they would prefer the show to not be just a music show and wants as many different creative talents as possible. Auditions will also be held on Saturday, September 16th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call back auditions will be held on Saturday, September 30th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The show will take place the evening of December 30th at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center.
