Mayor James Mueller presented length of service awards to City of Pella employees at the annual Employee Recognition Breakfast sponsored by the City’s Employee Relations Committee Thursday.
Special recognition was given to employees who reached their 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 year anniversaries with the City. Special honors for forty years of service were awarded to Cliff Marlow, Parks Department, and Gary Nunnikhoven, Wastewater Department. Phylliss Walker with the Pella Aquatic Center received special recognition for her thirty years of employment as well.
