The 5th annual Many Hands for Haiti Color Blast 5K is set to blast runners with color this Saturday.
Executive Leader Tim Brand says the annual event has participants pass through five different color stations in Pella. The run now starts at Trinity Reformed Church in Pella. Brand says proceeds benefit their mission work in Haiti.
“This run is about bringing the community together for a memorable day of fun, all while serving a greater purpose of changing lives. It is also a reminder of how important working together as a community is. We become better as we work together, no matter the cause,” Brand says.
Each runner will receive a race kit, which includes a race shirt, sunglasses, coupons, color packets, and other merchandise. The race starts at 9am on Saturday at Trinity Reformed Church. Find more details and registration information at www.mh4h.org/colorblast
