Knoxville will see three candidates run for city council with only two spots available in the upcoming November 7th city elections in Iowa.
Two at-large seats are contested in Knoxville, with incumbents Megan Suhr and Dylan Morse in a race with Jason Everly. Mayor Brian Hatch will seek reelection unopposed. Pleasantville will also see a contested city council race as two at-large seats are contested with council member Jordan Van Ness seeking reelection and AJ Potter and Clinton Wallace also running. Pleasantville Mayor Bill Moore will also seek reelection uncontested. Melcher-Dallas, Bussey, and Harvey will all have uncontested elections.
