The Pella Little Dutch made short work of clinching their fifth straight district championship with a 41-0 shutout of North Polk, as heard live on 92.1 KRLS.

Pella scored on five of their first six series before halftime and controlled field position, only starting in their own territory twice in the first half.

The Little Dutch were led by four touchdowns passing from Ryan Gustafson, with two apiece caught by Aaron Downs and Logan Shetterly.

Head Coach Jay McKinstrey says spreading the ball around was a great way to keep their offense clicking.

Pella has won 31 district games in a row and will look for their fifth straight perfect district season when they host Nevada.
