The five seniors that departed the Knoxville Volleyball Program at the end of the season a couple of weeks ago did not enjoy a lot of success during their careers, however the last two seasons you could say they laid the foundation for what is being built for the Panther volleyball squad in the future. Coach Mollie Keitges told KNIA/KRLS that was the outgoing message she had for the seniors. The seniors did leave their mark on the program. Cassidy Pearson set the single season digs record this season establishing a new mark of 447 which lead the South Central Conference and is currently ninth in class 4A. Knoxville dominated sets as Seniors Kayla Moats and Pearson along with Sophomore Katie Keitges all had 102 to lead the conference with freshman Marley McKay just one behind at 101, and Moats was third with 48 along with fellow senior Ashley Vance in second with 51 in the blocks category in the conference.
