Funeral services for Eva “Joyce” Norris, age 87 of Oskaloosa, will be held on Friday, October 27th at 2:30pm at the Bates Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be in the Forest Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service, with family present from 1pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
