The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday.

The council approved a 28E agreement between the city and the Knoxville Community School District to continue to provide a School Resource Officer for the district. The costs for the position will be shared 50-50. They set a public hearing of November 20th for consideration to enter a general obligation corporate purpose loan to potentially borrow $3,935,000.
