Over the past several seasons, the Pleasantville Trojan boys basketball team has had stellar guard play and improved three point shooting.

A couple of early postseason knockouts however, had the Trojans searching for that extra piece to push them over the edge. As they start their 2017-18 season, the Trojans have what could potentially be that extra piece; a plethora of returning post players. Devon Dursky, Kyle Amendt, and Brant Wilkins saw a lot of minutes as underclassmen last season, and now as they enter their senior campaigns head coach Joel Allman told KNIA/KRLS Sports that he thinks they can make a difference.

The Trojans get their season started on Tuesday hosting Melcher-Dallas in a game that can be heard live on our KNIA3 stream.
