“Beginning Beekeeping Classes” will be held at the Marion County Extension Office next month.

Starting on January 25th, eight weeks of classes will begin in the evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Classes will cover topics like why people should become beekeepers, getting started, challenges and rewards, plans for building equipment and much more. Cost is $45 per household which includes a beekeepers book, handouts, and a spring field day.
