Christian Opportunity Center collected food for area pantries during a Soup-er Bowl Contest at their offices in the region.

Amy Zuck with COC tells KNIA/KRLS News employees were encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to attend a soup tasting contest. This year, the donations went to support food shelves in Indianola, but Zuck says they rotate the final donation to other pantries each year, including Pella and Oskaloosa.
