Dressed up young ladies along with their spruced up dads and father figures took part in the annual Sugar Plum Fairy Ball Saturday, at Celebrate Community Church in Knoxville.

Girls aged five to 12 got a chance to spend a night out with their father figures while enjoying a craft event, bingo, prize drawings, a dessert bar and a DJ. Photographers were also on hand to memorialize the night with photos of dads and daughters as well as pictures of daughters with special guest Miss Iowa 2017 Chelsea Dubczak. Dubczak took time to perform and show off her talent which helped her become Miss Iowa. Proceeds from Saturday’s event go towards the Knoxville Public Library’s expansion project.
