Both Pella basketball squads find themselves in very different places as the regular season closes down, but both will hope to succeed in a hostile environment tonight.

The Dutch travel to Oskaloosa for a girls-boys doubleheader. For the Pella girls, they will seek to handle an Indians team searching for their first win of the year.

Pella’s boys in green will try to snap a three-game losing streak and topple No. 1 Oskaloosa in a gym that has proved difficult for opposing teams — the Indians have yet to lose on their home floor, and have won games by an average margin of 30 points in the confines of their loud gym.

Head Coach Derek Schulte understands it will take a lot to beat a talented Osky team coming off of their first conference loss.
