A Pella woman is accused of distributing LSD and other drugs in the community.

Kortney Van Wyk, 18, is charged with five counts of a controlled substance violation, including a Class B felony for intent to deliver LSD and three class D felonies for intent to deliver marijuana. According to court records, Van Wyk is charged for three separate incidents in December and January, including two attempted deliveries of marijuana.

Pella Police say Van Wyk is accused of having Carter Lane Staples deliver six tabs of LSD, seven grams of marijuana, and 10 Adderall pills on her behalf last month as well. Staples was also charged with three controlled substance violations connected to the incident.
