A Pella Christian Senior intends to continue his athletic career in competitive shooting.

Colten Uitermarkt is heading to Simpson College next year to continue his pursuits in trap shooting. Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he enjoys participating in the unique sport and looks forward to competing against other college athletes.

Uitermarkt is a part of the Pella Christian clay target team, and has a goal of competing at state this spring.
