An Oskaloosa man was arrested with multiple drug-related felonies in Marion County Wednesday.

Court documents show 48-year-old Dustin Flander was arrested and charged with delivery of methamphetamine, a class B felony, among other charges. He was pulled over for malfunctioning equipment and officers discovered he had a warrant for his arrest out of Mahaska County. After impounding and searching the vehicle, officers found Flanders was in possession of more than 5 grams of a white powder packaged in three separate baggies which tested positive for meth, 12 schedule IV prescription pills without a prescription, and possession of marijuana.

Flander was charged with delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a Prescription Drug, two counts of failure to affix a drug tax stamp,possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to provide proof of financial liability, and improper registration plate lamp. Bond was set at $37,000, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 15th.
