A site plan for a new housing development near Bos Landen was approved by the Pella City Council at their meeting this week.
City Administrator Mike Nardini says a preliminary plat for 43 housing units submitted by Bos Ridge LLC to city staff shows the overall layout of the new neighborhood. He says the council’s approval will allow the developer to begin implementing infrastructure for the lots, including streets, water, sewer, and electricity. The installation of those services will likely begin later this spring, with home development following soon after.
Bos Ridge LLC will receive tax increment financing incentives to pay for the infrastructure needed for 43 homes on the northwest side of Bos Landen Golf Course near Highway T-15.
