As the 2018 basketball season has come to a close, the players and coaches hosting the 1st place trophy will reflect on the incredible season that was.

The Eagles did the same 25 years ago with their 3rd 2A title in four years. Head Coach of those teams Jerry Nikkel tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he can now reflect not only on those seasons, but how the young men involved have grown since then.

Nikkel says is also excited to see how Pella Christian has remained a 2A powerhouse since those titles, with eight top-four finishes and 11 tournament appearances in that 25 year span.
