A Pella man faces numerous charges for violating a no-contact order.

Jason Hol, 35, is charged with stalking, 2nd offense, a class D felony, and five counts of violating a no contact order. According to court records, Hol is accused of sending threatening messages to a victim he has a no-contact order with by creating a fake Facebook account and sending them to the victim’s real account.

Hol pled guilty to 2nd degree burglary and stalking last October for an incident in August 2017 in which he knocked on the door of the same victim’s apartment and broke a window by kicking it in as the person inside tried to hide from him. If he’s found to have violated his probation in that case, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
