As we told you a few days ago, hurdling is not the easiest event in track and field, nor is it the easiest for a coach to fill. However, Twin Cedars boys were quite good in the hurdle events last year, and Coach Aaron Allspach says three of the four shuttle hurdle runners are back this season. He says the 400 hurdles, the most grueling event in track and field, will be manned by a committee for the start of the season.
